Luke A. Barry, J.D.

is the founder and managing attorney of Dogwood Estate Planning, a law firm located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He is an experienced practitioner in the fields of estate planning, wills, living trusts, probate, trust administration, real estate, and business law.

Luke believes that the highest quality legal services should be made available and affordable to middle-income individuals, families and small businesses. He has developed tools and processes that simplify the formation of business entities and the creation of professional-grade wills, living trusts, living wills, and powers of attorney for Alabama residents.

Luke is a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Alabama and his law degree at Birmingham School of Law.

In addition to his extensive professional experience as a wills, living trust, and probate attorney, he is real estate investor and entrepreneur.

He and his wife Andrea live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with their daughter.
